AutocrossNumbers.com - Sales & Return Policies:

The following policies apply to all sales:


1. Payment must be made in full before order is shipped.
2. Payment by non-certified funds (personal check) may delay the shipment of product.
3. ALL Returned Checks are subject to a $30.00 Service Charge.
4. All Sales REQUIRE a VALID Daytime Telephone Number.
5. Credit Card Sales REQUIRE the following:
Billing Address and Shipping Address MUST be the same.
Credit Card Security Code REQUIRED for every sale.
Purchaser MUST also be the CARDHOLDER.

AutocrossNumbers.com will accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the product (we won't hold shipping delays against you). Some conditions do apply:

ALL Returns MUST have a RMA Number!

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
1. May be Returned within 30 days of Delivery
2. MUST be in NEW / RESALABLE Condition (as determined by us)
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Shipping Charges ARE NOT Refundable!

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
May be returned within 30 days for replacement. If you believe an item you receive from us is defective, please call. 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
May ONLY be returned if Defective or Damaged, and ONLY for replacement.
Refunds will NOT be given on Special Order Items

DELIVERY REFUSALS:
Any shipments refused by the customer are subject to the following Policies and Fees. Special Order items - see above.

A 7.5% Restocking Fee + any Return Shipping Charges billed by UPS will be charged to the customer for any delivery refusal.

HOW TO GET AN RMA NUMBER:
If you need to return a product that you purchased from us, or if you have any questions about our return policy, please call us between the hours of 9am - 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.
